Trying to give 2.0 a shot and all the info helps alot but I'm still left wondering how you guys managed to get over the fact that they partly reset respect of commanders and took uniques that some of us spent seasons trying to get as f2p or low spenders?

I'm with you there! I absolutely hate the fact that I lost my Gimli and Eowyn uniques. I also get what they did in terms of commander respect but I feel it's just needlessly complicated and the change wasn't needed. I have a new video coming out soon actually that discusses all of that in detail.

@@Tharshey That's something! and damn sorry losing multiple antiques is even worse.. Agreed with you on that.. it's understandable they wanted some change but damn I'd trade net tease a kidney to at least change commanders and their formations back. p Looking forward to it already! & also a huge thanks for making these video's!

Good guide! I converted my gear. Just waiting to figure out what comms I want to use and then I will strengthen / upgrade. What does Command do now? I think its changed but not sure. Also when you buy a worn purple or gold does that convert to a new gear piece? If so, should we go for as much gold gear as possible?

When buying the worn items you get it as is, a worn piece that can be used to strengthen your other gear. Command if you click on the stat on your commander determines if I’m not mistaken extra damage you can deal and take. Just check that in game though to be sure.

I don’t understand the upkeep effect. Like does it gives 5% more health if used with a healer, or the commander who have that set of gear receive 5% more healing from the healer?

It just increases all healing effects received by 5%.

So the set affects of the gear, do I need to have 1 commander stacked with that particular set affect or am I able to spread that set affect across the commanders in my formation to get the stat bonus?

1 commander needs to have 4 gear pieces with the same effect.

Thank you for the video. Yet I could not get/catch if you have told in the video, does the set effects also the commander in the formation? It is not clear if formation includes commander or not. And this can change the choice of the set in each commander. For example, for damage commanders like Dain/Dwalin if attack of the commander is also increasing with set, choice will be sharp blade whereas if it only effects army, then best choice will be thick armour or evasion.

I dont know why do you guys make 2.0 content. Is bad and thats it, so better make video of bring 1.0 back, than promoting this “bait and switch” 👎🏻

I make videos of 2.0 because it’s what we have now whether I like it or not. There is no 1.0 to record anymore. I’m not promoting 2.0 just helping those who need it including players from my fellowship who are confused about how gear works know etc.

Change can suck. But this is how it is. Keep playing their game, their way or move on. Let's be grateful they're looking to make much needed changes and didn't just shut the game down, along with any money and time you invested along with it.
