Broadcast TV died when Epic UpCycling started putting out videos - it's way more satisfying to watch a master-craftsman build something from scraps than to watch a bunch of people act.

Love the “chonky ” style of these set of drawers. They would look so good in my mid century modern house.

The only regret I have is, I can't give it two thumbs up.

I think what I like best is seeing all the stuff I've watched you make over the years in the background. The nightstands are awesome too. Love the snap at the end.

Man for a minute there I thought you were going to be building those out of particle board! I was thinking: "Wow! This I have GOT to see!" This makes more sense though! A very good way to use up a bunch of scraps!

To answer your musings of whether or not this process was more work versus other methods, might I remind you of the pieces you have built where you meticulously shape HUNDREDS OF SMALL PIECES to glue together, stain, etc. Your patience is amazing and incredibly inspiring. I really like this set. I’m glad you chose the lighter finish for the butcher block areas, and the darker legs and hardware are a nice accent. It’s a beautiful innovation, and a method to remember for other projects.

The skill and precision goes without saying but I'm struck by what a powerful mind you have to visualize all these amazing creations and make them a reality.

Your creativity is, as always inspiring. Once again I am in awe. Also, to see your workshop in the background and realise I have watched you create every one of them over the years. I was actually about to start doing what my wife considers an important job when I saw this appear. I felt very pleased with myself for figuring out what the melamine boards were for almost instantly. Obviously there was no way they were going to be part of the final product! It's always mind blowing to think of the work behind the finger snap duplication!!

Moving up to fine furniture? I hope the recipient of those appreciates them as much as I enjoyed watching you make them.

Your vids are flooding youtube. Very good skills! Most individuals that own $100,000 worth of equipment. Having 30+ yrs in an occupation would make you a Master Carpenter. So, yes all your projects are masterfully done. So, whether you use scrap or mahogany, I would expect any project to be completed exceptional.
