Hopefully we don't become like Belarus: Lukashenko won the election 6 times with an 80% majority vote every time (allegedly) and people who speak out against his government go to jail. I am a US citizen I live in Maine and I just want to say, Pierre has common sense. I can't stand Trudeau. I love our great friend and Allie to the north I used to sleep well thinking Canada had our back but with Trudeau, I am not so sure anymore.

I'm half canadian and half swiss living in Geneva. Everything pierre says is true about inflation. Ten years ago it was 1dollar for 1 swiss franc now it's 71 swiss cents for one dollar. Rich canadians are flocking to tax haven countries.

BTW since you brought it up... According to statistics, Switzerland has the highest proportion of millionaires as of 2021, closely followed by Luxembourg. Even though the income tax rate in Switzerland is 40%, 16.4% of the world's millionaires reside there as of 2021.

Well he's smart particularly about the economics. I wasn't thrilled about his calling Christine Anderson vile and racist for her remarks about the mysoginstic Muslim culture though does he want to normalize Sharia law or rape grooming gangs like England has? If not he should wise up about some cultural issues I think the same about Jordan Peterson and his willful ignorance about rape and domestic abuse Incel culture etc. Peterson even denies the gender wage variance when obviously the women are the ones that get pregnant and need leave their jobs to care for young children.

The difference is very clear Trudeau never never and never! answer any questions he always always answer or response with off topic or blame the Conservative blame the fact finders blame others for asking factual questions. Poilievre on the other hand always answer questions as it is he does not dance around those questions. But most of all Poilievre is more educated, knowledgeable and factual truthful.

I am planning to return to Canada next year after almost ten years living and working abroad. Now, with with a new family in tow! I have started the immigration process for my spouse and son, and quite frankly, I am seriously scared of it! When is the next election in Canada? I would feel more at ease with this Conservative leader, even though being aware that politicians will say anything to get to power and then do their own things.

There are certain parts to Poilievre's plan that makes me nervous. He over simplifies a lot of stuff which leaves room for failure. But after watching this interview, I'm in. Let's get this guy in. He's by far our best shot. Fingers crossed this life long politician is on the ppls side, not more big government/business.

Who will be funding all his ‘solutions’ except you the taxpayers and China, who under Harper, was given full access to this country. The fine print to ‘fix’ these ‘crises’ will be interesting to read. Seems his brand of ‘common sense’ solutions is nothing but a quick fix, and not a constructive but a destructive one. His record under Harper and the disastrous decisions he supported then, is part and parcel of problems created and which we still face. He had 25 years to improve his track record but it’s the same recycled ‘solutions’. Doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result is only hype and sheer insanity, except this time you put a shiny bow on it and try to sell it to ride your way to PM.
