This recipe was taught to me by a cook friend from Poland. A delicious dinner for the whole family.

Ingredients
800 g of pork belly.
Salt and pepper.
Rotation.
Repeat on the other side.
Oil.
Fry for 15 minutes on medium heat.
4 onions.
Remove the meat.
Sauté the onion in the same oil.
Salt and pepper.
Pepper.
Put the meat back.
Beer.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Grate 3 potatoes.
Rinse in water.
Squeeze the water.
Grate 1 onion.
1 egg.
Salt and pepper.
1 tablespoon of flour.
Dill.
Put the potatoes in the pan.
Fry until golden on both sides.
200 g of Greek yogurt.
1 cucumber.
Dill.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
1 clove of garlic.
