Great description of pearl sizes. I'm so in love with the look of pearls lately. Every time I see a woman in a larger size pearl necklace I'm OOOing and AHHHing over it (not out loud of course). Not sure if I'm looking for a classic round or baroque style but I do love the look of both.

I would recommend you any jeweler who gives you a certificate for realness :) but for 30$ they must be plastic

You are giving a description that depends on the age and the size of the pearl, I have 2 Mikimoto, one 5.5 and another 6.5, I have a 14 mm baroque one, but it all depends on the clothes I wear, it does not depend on my age . I am 65 years old and I like delicate and good quality things.
