As a Digital Nomad and solo female traveler, Kigali is probably my favorite African city to live in. Follow me around a day in Kigali, Rwanda in which I tell you about my remote work journey, and I also go to the gym and attend an Imigongo painting class!

IN OUR VILLAGE IN UGANDA , WE USE COW DUNG ON THE FLOOR . WE SMEAR IT ON THE FLOOR AND ITS NICE .

Yeah, the place used to be called KBC (Kigali Business Center), and then it got acquired by a company called Alliance, so now its Kigali Alliance Business Center - Hence KABC.

Kigali is so clean, if i may ask , is it bigger than Kampala? And which one do u prefer??11

Kigali is much much smaller than Kampala, which is part of the reason why it's clean, more organized and safe. I can't choose here. It depends on what your lifestyle priorities are. Kigali is perfect those who like calmness, rules and predictability. Kampala for people who like to party, to meet other people and don't mind a bit of chaos. 😄

Hello! Please what kind of visa do you need to permanently stay in kigali as a digital nomad?

There’s none from what I know. I get 30days free as Mozambican (all Africans now). I then pay to extend my tourist visa. I never stayed longer than 3 months.

From your working experience, I have realized that my 15 years learning experience was a waste of Time and Energy. I wish I could burn my diploma 😢

Don’t burn it. Just put your knowledge to use for something more relevant in today’s economy. Maybe you could start a KZfaq channel talking about the best and worst parts of your 15year diploma 😄 or even complaining about it. Those who feel the same will become your subscribers and go from there 😎 Also teach other people how to be smarter with their academic decisions! 🙌🏾

@@YaraMelAround I tried KZfaq as well but I was/still is nothing but a true failure. Maybe the problem is not on what I learnt but is Me. More than a year with not even 400 followers/subscribers!? What a curse!
