Your videos are truly inspiring. Keep going! However, I disagree with pushing your limits in the morning workout but ofcourse have a medium workout is good for health . in my experience if we did a intense workout on morning it willl affect our performance on other things afterwards, especially if you want to focus on studying and other things.
