The bikes are donated from the Harley motor company. Most of them are brand new and have never seen the road.

How are your days setup? I just enrolled and already am right in money so will have to work full time while I attend school so I was just curious how long your in actually at school?

They have two different sessions of 4 hours. I'm in the morning session which is 6:30a to 10:30a. The afternoon session is 11:30a to 3:30p.

Where do the bikes come from that you're working on at school?

The bikes are donated from the manufacturers. We have bikes here that have never been on the road, coming straight from the assembly line.

How many students are in your class with you Nore?

Currently we have about 12. But they run concurrent classes. So in each classroom, they average about 10-15 students.

How many technicians does it take to replace a bearing?

Just one. But we were helping to get it done faster.

Is there a ton of studying each night? Wondering if I should plan to work part time or not if I go there. I’m a veteran so a lot is covered but more money is more money.

There's a bunch of videos that you would have to watch. What I did was watch videos of what I was going to work on the next day. But plenty of folks had either part time or full time jobs and still was able to complete the necessary workload for school.

I had the morning class, which was from 6am to 10am, then the rest of the day to watch the videos and do work orders to prep for the next day.

How long is the school? What is the hardest thing you had to learn at school?

10 months long for me because I only picked one elective, which was Harley late model (1981-current year). The hardest thing I've learned so far was dealing with spoke rims. It takes a tremendous amount of time and patience to balance each spoke.

how long does it take to graduate?

It depends on what classes you want to take. I'm taking the Harley Davidson late model classes, so this program is almost one year long. I started in Sept last year and will finish in July. Some courses are one year long.
