It's so nice of you to make granola for your friends. I can tell you really like matcha and I do recommend you try making whipped matcha which is similar to dalgona coffee, to make it you need: -1sp sugar -1 egg white -matcha -4sp water -ice ............................ recipe: 1. boil 1tsp of sugar with 4tsp of water and bring to a boil, then let it cool down 2. take 1 egg white (for 1 person) and whip it until fluffy 3. add the sugar and water mixture and mix until almost stiff peaks 4. add 1 tsp or 2 of matcha powder and mix to combine 5. serve with milk and ice (optional) and then add the foam on top 6. last step: enjoy I made this and it originally said to add a 1/4 cup of sugar and that's too much and the matcha ends up way too sweet so I then tried with less sugar and water and it worked just as well with little sweetness. Do make sure that the sugar and water is a little thick, almost like a syrup texture, that's what the consistency is meant to be. You could just add a bit of sugar (to your liking) directly to the egg whites, I'm sure that would also work just as well :)

I also make my own granola. It's soo much better than store bought. I use almonds, peacans and chia, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. I sweeten with maple syrup and bake for 20 min. Delicious
