Ingredients for 4 people)
300g of squid (I used a French quality one) (I recommend dark squid)
300g of cherry tomatoes
350g of calamarata pasta
2 cloves of garlic
Olive oil
Pepper or chilli
Salt
1/2 cup of brandy
1 coffee cup of water
