This recipe is an excellent base for focaccia but you can modify it to your own taste and imagination!!! prefer thinner, use 2 28*38cm pans or even a little larger to make it even thinner)👌
If you like Nutella I recommend you try this savory focaccia with a nice spread of Nutella 🤤
INGREDIENTS:
1kg of type 0 flour (I used Nuvola, or you can use one with w 270-290)
600ml of water
6/7g of fresh brewer's yeast
25g of salt
100g of milk
50g of olive oil
Olive oil for greasing and seasoning
Sugar
