We now have visual evidence supporting The Disney Channel's October 1990 issue which lightly promoted Disney's Halloween Treat as an episode on the channel's new The Magical World of Disney. The special - which had not been seen its its 1983 rerun and only in its syndicated version as Disney's Scary Tales starting in 1986 - aired October 28, 30, and 31. It is believed to be the origin episode depicting the well-known Michael Eisner intro where he says "A Disney Halloween Treat". Bill Cotter would confuse the 1991 airing of "A Disney Halloween," calling it "A Disney Channel Halloween."
So far, the actual specific episode from Disney's Halloween Treat is missing. The only copies in rotation have are the 1982 airing, the 1984 VHS, and an HD copy from Germany in English from 1997, as well the syndicated "Disney's Scary Tales of Halloween."
FYI: Once again possibly narrated by the late Russi Taylor in a witch voice. She narrated the infamous Disney Channel Halloween promo for 1989 that I posted on KZfaq.
This episode remains missing and is desperately sought, meaning it contains the MWoD opener, Eisner's intro, the full episode as it aired and credits that aired with it. Any promos before and after are greatly appreciated and no collector/trader I know of even has this specific episode.

I have re-run and syndicated airings to many of these, now I just need the original network broadcast versions to-
Disney's Greatest Villains (1977) - Need the original network version with original commercials - The ONLY way to get this is probably from a BETA to VHS transfer that needs transferred to digital; the ONLY versions in existence is the Disney Channel version and the 1983 UK tape which technically was a much different program
Disney' Halloween Hall of Fame (1977) - Need the original network version with Lonesome Ghosts and Jonathon Winters nod to Tiny Tim segments restored; need , with original commercials - The ONLY way to get this is probably from a BETA to VHS transfer that needs transferred to digital
A Disney Halloween (1981) - CBS; need the complete with original commercials version
A Disney Halloween Treat (1982) - Original network broadcast, with original commercials; the only version of this available is the VHS version from 1984. Plus the 1990 Disney Channel MWoD version
A Disney Halloween (1983) - The premiere version from 1983 on The Disney Channel; promos for this would also be appreciated
