The Mexican and Latinos form gangs to protect and help themselves in L.A or in other big cities in the US. It's a common sub-culture that have been existed since the last century by the minorities in the US, like the Italian (aka Mafia), Irish and Jewish mob. Tattoo and hand sign (or gang sign) is a mean to represent and distinguish themselves from other groups. These Vietnamese barbers tho, obviously they're not the real deal. Their reasons to join can range from "cuz it's cool" or "i like cutting hair, it's my passion" but most would tell you that because they want to fit-in with the society. Sure, most of these barbers ain't gettin discriminated because of their skin or ethic like the Latinos in the US, they ain't suffering from the rival gangs because of War on Drugs. But they still suffer the same thing that drive most people to join gangs, * poverty* and *lack of respects* .

Mở quá nhiều chi nhánh nhưng đào tạo nhân viên ko tốt. Là 1 barber nhưng ko biết nhân viên có ý thức được mình là 1 barber không hay là dân anh chị đi cắt tóc. Khá thất vọng với những chi nhánh mở về sau. Vũ Trí đào tạo barber ổn định hơn rất nhiều.
