INGREDIENTS
1 cup woodear mushrooms
Hot water
2 boxes of puff pastries (each box has 2 sheet)
3 eggs (whites and yellow separated)
FILLING
1 onion, diced
1-1.5 lb of ground meat
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 TBSP sugar
Woodear mushrooms, chopped
5 TBSP pate (if you are using)
1. Soak woodear mushrooms in hot water for 20-30 mins or until you’re done making the filling
2. To make the filling, mix all of your ingredients listed under FILLING
3. Next, cut your puff pastries so you have 9 little squares. (Each box has 2 sheets so after you’ve cut them up, you will have 18 squares)
4. Then fill puff pastries squares with your filling. Place another puff pastry on top, seal the edges with white whites and then score around the pastry
5. After you’ve scored around the edges, brush egg yolk over the top
6. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or airfry at 310 for 15-20 minutes
