Depending on the state, but for most, a mental institution is arguably a lot worse than regular prison since you are grouped with others who definitely do have a lot of problems, faking it only means lots of pain since you are in for as long as the professional think is enough, which is often life. Because it's a court. They're not telling him to stop because they don't think he has a right to his grief and anger, they're telling him to stop because they're trying to maintain order and carry out the sentencing. That's actually why they wouldn't have considered punitive measures against him, because he is obviously hurting bad, and with good reason. The thing is, if they just ignored it every time someone had a righteous outburst in court and let them keep going until they ran out of steam, all proceedings would take at least twice the time, and there are often many other things that need to be dealt with, including others who want justice to be done. The system itself needs to run on fact and precision, it deliberately needs to be subject to the least amount of emotion as possible to try ensure justice is what happens, and not just catharsis. My heart goes out to the father but the court has to keep moving, and it has to keep a certain standard.

Elerture it isn't that simple. That logic is going to create a deadly endless chain. A person kill another person. Then the suspect has to be killed as a punishment. The suspect may and will argue that his executors should also be killed for killing him. Then you're going to divide killing into two categories: "bad" killing and "good" killing. There'll be legal killing and illegal. But where's the line when it comes to killing? Where's the barrier? What makes a person has a right to kill and a reason to be killed? If some types of killing is allowed, say, what if McDonalds or any other restaurant decide to cook and sell foods with toxic ingrendients or low-quality raw materials that might contain some dangerous bacterials? You may say we should just kill the entire McDonald's employees and executives but McDonalds or their lawyers may argue that people whom died by consuming their products are bastards who deserve to be killed and it's possible for them to find as many evidences about their victim's bad or wrong doings(none of us is perfect after all). Killing is not good. Whatever the reason may be. That eye for an eye rule is outdated. That what brings our ancestors in hundreds of years ago to literally kill each other in order to survive. Our current system of law isn't perfect but it's certainly better than the previous ones. We have drastically reduce the activity and the likelihood of murder to happen. Even with all it's flaws, we should look forward and not backward. (Actually, there are two types of killing that already exist: intentional and unintentional killing. Even then, it's still in a "gray" area)

Do what you gotta do then. Fuck these stupid ass laws that don’t make since anyways because what’s funny is there’s a whole lot of us and a small percentage of them who could change this but yet we just follow the damn made up laws like sheep. Disturbing my ass!🤬 sounds like to me that the justice system isn’t too Justice. So nobody cares about him getting in trouble for voicing his emotions. RapCityMusic I hate when people say stupid shit. The man lost his son. He lost his child, but they don’t understand until it happends to their kid right? Ohhh!! now we understand huh? Who is gonna think about getting fined for disturbing the court room anyways after losing their child? Nobody!! Sooo tf what! Bill me bitch!! And I’ll slowly make your payments with chump change. I mean that’s what the man is feeling is anger so there shouldn’t be a law for that. The courts should have some compassion but they don’t. I have never seen anyone really get fined when even the cops can understand that the parents are mentally upset and angry and distraught.

+Pyro Fire that's retarded because it sets up precedence for a whole new world of problems. However I do agree this guy deserves some harsh punishments. Which he will get when he gets ass pounded by 12 inch dicks in prison. Also there are those who believe the death penalty is too easy of a way out and that the criminals deserve to suffer more before kicking the bucket.
@pyrofire8358
@pyrofire8358 7 жыл бұрын
laxjoh if the man is a problem remove him from existence therefor he will never be a problem ever again. Tax dollars shouldn't be used to facilitate his existence. I am not saying terminate ever person convicted of murder yet simply those that admit and confess tho exclaim insanity to not spend time in jail or go to prison is a sad fact that has become a norm in society. I understand peoples view of death is to easy. Tho torturing people as in death is to quick for what they did I don't agree with. If a enemy is my enemy and I kill my enemy then my enemy can never cause harm or disrupt society again and technically somebody who murders another person Is considered a enemy to society. I find it bothersome that certain society's entertain faciltating and housing, specifically murderers rapists and child molesters on things such as life sentences. Whatever type of treatment therapy counseling or things of that nature are a waste of money time energy and effort cause they won't be allowed to return to society and be functioning part of it(referring to life sentences). And I get it not every convicted murderer is guilty I get the many factors involved and the deception trickery false witnesses umong other things that can come into play in the judicial system. I'm not gonna resort to name calling or disrepectful comments just cause somebody else has a different view or opinion on a matter such as this. But please tell me more of the world of problems you believe would arise if this type of punishment would be implemented. Again keep in mind I stated people that those giving confessions to murdering another human being.

Laura Nasewytewa The killer is not white. And the white privillege is shit from liberals, like the shity justice system that we have. Like MLK said: I have a dream, that my four children will live in a nation were they will not be judge by the color of their skins but by the containt of their caracter. It's the liberals who are the real racists, not us, Trump voters. Im the son of an immigrants and my parents are just like me. The killer should go his whole life to prison and never get out.

@@blgidiwbhahahshshskgown5834 Yeah. People process pain differently. Neither one is a better approach. I felt more empathetic towards the dad in this vid. I would’ve probably acted similarly. The other bid….I doubt you can truly forgive someone for murdering your kid that quickly. Probably a move so to speak to make the killer feel as remorseful and guilty as possible
