He turned up with 40 courgettes and we spent the whole summer looking at ways to use them! Sauces,worm factory , baseball bats and gifts for our neighbours and friends. Always looking for new ideas for courgettes!

Have tried a new recipe recently sliced them fry with oil soya sauce ginger +vinegar tasty like the sauce
