It'd been a pretty hot and dry spring, but finally, finally, we got a beautiful foggy day. I made some images, got a lot of footage, and have a lot to say.

Another excellent video - I love the editing information and the resulting images. And I'm a B&W addict. The fog seems to have deserted us completely in recent times here in North Yorkshire!

Not the type of video I was expecting. Love the ambience and silence of your walk along videos. Those are the most inspiring. The side by side, not so much. Cheers! ❤️

OMG, been trying to find a photography project that's simple and interesting. I'm inspired by you and will start photographing bus stops here in São Paulo and wherever I go. I'll make sure to give you credits whenever I put them online. Great photos man!

Hi Adrian, Spring has sprung in Spain and some really good images you took. You have said before that there are images everywhere to be made, it is so true. When i'm out photographing and i'm stuck on what to photograph, i hear your voice saying there are images to be made everywhere. Love the Bus stops, one of them looked like a vintage Bus stop. Nice house and Mountains. I like the idea of taking a mirror out to photograph Puddles, Water reflections, i will try that. Thanks for another great video.

Thanks for the behind the scenes look at your process. I was out doing a little street photography last night, something I'm new at. Mostly failed experiments. I did learn that my old camera is way more capable at night than I had thought.

When you take a picture with a digital camera, one way or another, the camera "makes up" the picture. There is a data decryption algorithm based on the processor and the matrix gives the result. In fact, this decoding algorithm is the “invention” of a photograph. At the same time, as a rule, photographs of people, still on the camera screen, are “corrected”. Modern photographers prefer mirrorless cameras. More and more I heard the testimony: "so as not to meet to look into the viewfinder." It's convenient - to look at the screen like a TV, "turn the wheels" on the go and when you like the picture on the screen, just select the option. Despite this, it cannot be said that SLR cameras, in our time, have ceased to be popular and have become a thing of the past. There are still those professionals who use their advantage and device to the fullest. But, photographs on film come across from other types of photographs. For example, if you give a person who takes photos with a digital camera a film camera and ask them to take a picture, in most cases they will not get a good photo. In fact, people have forgotten how to take pictures and attach a frame to “correct” or simply press a button on full auto. Of course, it's convenient. However, real photography is painting with light. And in my mind, a real photograph can only be taken on film. Everything else is an attempt to make life easier for mankind. But, simplifying our lives, we certainly lose the meaning and quality of photography. When I say “correct a photo”, I mean changing the exposure settings after taking the picture. Either on the screen, seeing the result before the observed on the descent, or after the frame has been found, the photographer sees some events and changes; then again and again...

Well, one could say that back in the day, painters said the same about film photography. All of a sudden, it was too easy to make a realistic portrait, when for them it took time and "real" skills. Photographers tend to overthink this topic, use whatever brings you joy and lets you create what you want to create.
