Thank you, Mark, for holding a lantern in a dark place. Sonny and I are very grateful to you. Thank you everyone for having taken the time to be witnesses to our story. Remember to never give up... Someone is always counting on you and usually that someone is yourself. Much love ❤️ P. S. I am overwhelmed by your support. Thank you everyone who is watching us. You are our witnesses today. We have contacted the authorities years ago but they have yet to act. We went public to help get Sonny our identity back and hopefully ignite an interest from the government to act. Also, your views offer us another inch on the umbrella of safety to protect us from the storm. I will answer all of your comments, positive or not, I appreciate your voices. The last time I saw our father was ten years ago after trying to honor a promise I made to our mother on her deathbed. I couldn't uphold that promise and cut him out of my life. He currently resides in Mexico City under the alias JAVIER DE JESÚS DELGADO LÓPEZ. We are currently being harassed by his friends and allies but hey. We'll fight them, too. More love! ❤

Holy shit! I can’t pick my jaw up off the floor after hearing this story! Wow! You two are amazing and so damn resilient. You’re both so strong minded and have such a positive outlook on life. Your past doesn’t define you. You’re both such incredible examples of overcoming adversity, not letting it destroy your lives. Keep going and I pray Sonny is able to get his true identity back soon. May you continue to persevere in life and never stop fighting the good fight. May God bless you both. Thank you for sharing your story. 🤍

That posture is powerful. Its like, "Yeah you tried to destroy us but look at us, head up, back straight. Standing tall. Both of us." Then you got purple, the color of royalty contrasting with the blue. And Zett recalling everything as Sonny is telling the story. Wild stuff.

And then what !? They get documentary deal and and and what ? The main goal of existence is to forgive each other and their father perhaps hasn’t changed , but he still needs to be forgiven . They shouldn’t try to put their father in prison! That’s not going to achieve anything. They themselves need to be 🥲🥲charitable and believe in 👑Jesus Christ who’s condemnations are right . As someone who has an extremely dark life story (completely different from yours) and who's been in therapy for decades & who is viewed by the few people who know my full story as a strong, resilient woman.. I NEEDED to see you today. This "strong" woman (me) has been struggling to function lately. Some sort of PTSD flare up BS. You, Zett, served as the inner voice that I forgot was inside me. Hearing you, I was hearing myself - the healthy me. Serve love, serve dignity and always always remember that everything is temporary. Thank you both and best of luck to Sonny. Mark, thank you. This is much more edifying than watching a drug addict in the throes of manic dysfunction. PS Zett - also thank you for the word oubliette! What impressive people! What’s always deeply impressive and moves me about your guests is the unimaginable strength with which many of them master their lives and their everyday lives! And these siblings are in a class of their own! They had so many opportunities to follow their father “professionally” and didn’t do it. Admirable! I wish them both all the luck in the world on their future journey. Hopefully they'll come back to you for an update! Many greetings from 🇩🇪

This was fantastic. I’ve been watching this channel for years now. I pay for the app on my phone too. And even watching the app where there are more stories and exclusive content, I have seen a lot of really great stories, but I will have to say this right here is the very best interview I’ve seen on SWU. These people are amazing. I love a really good resilience story. I’m a cancer patient. I have two types of cancer and people always say you have such a positive outlook on life, how do you do it? And it’s like these two said, don’t be the victim, or complain. This was the hand they were dealt and they have overcome it, and have managed to NOT end up on Skid Row or as alcoholics or addicts. Attitude and mind set are EVERYTHING in life. It’s mind over matter. You can sink or swim, those are your choices. Same thing I tell people when they ask me questions about cancer. These two have the best possible outlook on life and they know how crazy their story is, but they also know they’re strong and brave too. They’re going to go far once they retrieve Sunny’s identity back. Hoping like hell he gets it back so they can move on and persevere from their past. Remarkably normal, strong and courageous brother and sister. Mark- thank you for all your hard work, and especially for this interview. Phenomenal work.

One of my favorites- I love them… Zett is so strong and Sonny has such a good soul and they both exude those qualities! They are the complete flip side of the parenting/childhood theory of how so many others on this channel end up where they do…. Speaks to there being so many underlying contributing factors leading to mental health and addiction issues.

I was so incredibly absorbed by your story, I just had to jump in and add to all the love in the comments. What an incredible journey your have survived. And to sit there now so strong and poised and still able to find some humor in the worst of things is just so admirable. I could have listened to you two tell stories all day. I want to know more about how you said you were something like 15 siblings in the beginning. You mentioned later you had found a few more half siblings, but where does that 15 come from? I know you two just have loads of interesting stories yet to tell. I hope you come back, or write a book (if you do they'll make a move of it, I assure you). I also wanted Zette to know that not only did I not notice a lisp, but I thought you were incredibly well spoken, to the point where you actually had to kind of "dumb down" your words (maybe for KZfaq's requirements). You started to say committed suicide and changed it to end her life, and started to say arson and changed it to making fires. I thought that was interesting, and you are obviously very aware of how you choose your words, which just makes you a joy to listen to. Your story will stick with me, and I will look for updates in the future from you two! I'd love to know you two are thriving still in a few years.
