A few of you hit it on the nose.. there's 2-3 shakes that add up to 1000+ cals to add to the meals. Also, and the biggest thing to point out is...this is only "1-Day" of eating in his week. You can spread your cals throughout the week. This is just an example of "A Day" of eating. Like all of us, he surely eats less/more depending on how his body feels, training intensity, and convenience. Hope that helps!

I was in Tennessee the week of crossfit games. Went by mayhem on my way to Nashville but gym was closed lol

To anyone confused, the calories aren't the grams on the righthand side of the food. That is the weight of each food. You can count the calories by multiplying carbs and protein 4 and fats by 9. In the 3 meals he showed us that adds up to 2,150 cals. Assuming he had another shake he should be right around 3000 calories. That still seems slightly low but not as low as it appears in the video.

I dont think He really showed all his meals in this vídeo. He even said "couple of shakes". So I suppose his calorie consuming is higher than this. I also guess that when He was competing individually back then, He used to consume more.

So does he not drink shakes after his workouts? it seems like he trains in the am (fasted) and then at 12 he starts by drinking a protein shake, and then a meal. Is that accurate???

He sure is. But he gets enough total calories during the day to fuel himself and his body has adapted to that workload over time. If you watch the old crossfit videos he started at 1 workout a day, then 2, 3 etc..... So it's built up over a long time 👌🏼

The last cut I did on RP, Intermittent fasting wasn't an option unless you start to do some funky manipulation of the sleep times to get your first meal later. Is this now an option on RP?

He intermittent fasts, which means he doest start consuming calories until around eats and then has his eating window from 12 to 8 at night. and then his meals are designed to distribute the calories on need during that window. With that said he probably takes in between 3000 and 5000 cals.

Its really strange seeing how he talks about his kids and dose not interact with them, takes his kids to the gym to just walk around and if you ever go to a gym and wouldn't feel by a topples guy working out next to you then we go to very different gyms.

125g rice - 163 kcal 105 broccoli - 36 kcal 230g sirloin tip - 343 kcal 542 kcal meal + 2* 300-400 cal shakes + 700cal salmon dinner...
