(same as in the whitening tooth paste but stronger) If you want the artificially white teeth then go to a professional. Tooth enamel isn't white; the tooth structure underneath the enamel white. My advice: Floss then Brush after each meal; in evening just before bed, rinse mouth with fluoride wash, don't swallow, just spit it out. Go to bed. 50 years later and you'll still have your teeth. Guaranteed: you'll look better with teeth.

I use Peroxicare baking soda and peroxide toothpaste. It is awesome. It removes debris from the teeth; not the enamel. My hygienist always comments on how good my teeth look.
