Cooking a simple quick recipe in 5 minutes instead of delicious, but boring oatmeal. A new recipe for oatmeal is economical and healthy, without sugar.
Recipe:
Oatmeal - 1 cup (250 ml - 100 g)
Yogurt (milk or kefir) - 1 cup
Cinnamon-1/4 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Sugar-1-2 tbsp. optional
Fry over medium heat or less than medium until golden brown.
