Fresh from our success from Day 1, but with ZERO sleep, we make it to Summit Motorsports Park with a goal to shave a tenth or two off our previous day's time. Amazingly, we totally blow that away in a run that even beat our goal for the entire week! Drag Week is proving to be the hardest we've ever worked for something, but definitely the most rewarding!

Thanks for the cameo. Our gas gauge was not working either. We stopped every 100 miles or so, and filled up before racing each day.

My first car was a 1978 Chevy Monza Spyder. Sure do miss that car. Looked almost exactly ike yours only white where yours is black. Orange, black and white Spyder on hood.

why do you change tires on a 13 second car ? 30 years ago 13 seconds cars ran street tires I can't image the tires have gotten wrose ?
