It was spawned with commands, first you start playing the game as the dragon you want to fight, scale yourself up with SetScale and then use ChangeCharacter to switch to a dragon you want to play as, the previous one will stay in the game

/setscale 100 1 100 can be changed for any other number (don't recommend going above 500) and 1 or 0 at the end affects the dragon's speed

Detailed skins like this (with the sparkles and stuff) have to be made in an art program like Krita because the game editor doesn't register super small brushes
