Great functional training, another training I do with my son is climbing ropes. Great for grip training and upper body, just a suggestion.

I use to get my sons out there wheel borrowing mortar. Roughly 320-350lbs. Only, it moves around, plus one tire on rough terrain. Carry some block. That unawquard strength is where it's at. Strong in week positions.

Bo is a gangster. Id hate to see him go ufc when hes one of the best wrestlers. If i was his age and his talent id probably start training mma but i done watched like 50 of his matches, hes got olympic potential. And he isnt a pos like a furrari. Dont matter win or lose you always shake your opponents hand. The few mma guys that were disrespectful kept their mojo going for a little bit. But they always end up failing. Look at the diaz brothers insane god given tallent and they both blew it on smoking weed and getting in bar fights.. Bo if you read this, dont end up like a diaz brother.. a ton of god given tallent, and piss it away on booze and drugs. Connor did the same thing granted hes set for life but.. he let his "pride" get in the way and look at him now. Hes a no one with some clout. That shit will dry up fast and go away. Be a legend, dont be a one hit wonder in what you do. You got the god given skill. Secure the bank for you, your family, and your families family.you one of the few greats, do something great.
