If your Green Card of 10 years validity is expiring, you need to file Form I-90 with USCIS to replace your Permanent Resident Card. When to file: Six months before your Green Card expires or immediately if you have an already expired or invalid Green Card.

To apply for parole, you must: Read the instructions for Form I-131, Application for Travel Document and the Form I-134, Affidavit of Support; Complete and sign your Form I-131 and Form I-134; Pay the filing fee for each parole applicant, if applicable; Provide all required evidence and supporting documentation.
