Great video, I live in Busan and have done this trip a couple of times. Always fun. One small thing to note though at 18:30 You can only take a fully assembled bike on the subway in Busan on weekends and holidays. Trust me, I found that out the hard way! You can sometimes sneak it on during the quieter times during the week if you're lucky, but during busy times you'll be kicked off!

My wife and I finally got our bike passports and got some stamps already during the last visit last month (we occasionally visiting from Japan with our folding bikes). We are looking forward to visiting again and again and getting all the stamps some day. Happy riding :)

For transport from Incheon to Mapo we used the KAL Limo Bus 6702 (there is another operator in the reverse direction as well) - They were happy to take the Tandem bike box we had. We also discovered that this is not universal on our second trip, so you need to check the bus company's policies. BTW the best video I have seen regarding this path - well done! Nice balance of commentary and video!

@PaulWilliamson1 thanks so much for watching! Also that's a good tip about the bus too! I think it would be okay to take the general airport buses with your bike in the box as well.

Korea is a great place for cycling, people just don't know. The bike paths are great, but I enjoy riding in the northeast area on the roads. You will spend a lot of energy going up and down the mountains, but that is part of the fun.

Hi there @vivianpoon6086, we have done it in late July once, and early April twice. Late June will definitely be hot, but you won't need a mosquito head net. The mosquitos only really come out at night time when you're camping. There are definitely a lot of bugs in Korea though just so you know.
