By far one of the greatest artists ever on the voice and beyond. Beautiful voice, insane feelings and she can play instruments like they were lovers. Absolutely gorgeous. Keep getting lots of Jeff Buckley vibes, he had the same magic. Also... I kinda hope she and Angelina Jordan will meet sometime and get on well. Imagine those two together 😍

quelle immense talent que je découvre ! toutes les nuits j’écoute en boucles ses prestations ! il n’y a pas de mots suffisamment élogieux pour définir l’émotion de sa voix , la qualité de ses accompagnements piano , guitare me fait prendre conscience de la grande artiste qu’est Louise ! elle mérite de gagner Thé voice 2022 ! que d’émotions !!! sa personnalité, sa voix , son style , sa qualité musicale , sa virtuosité, son élégance naturelle, sa beauté , font que c’est le talent découvert en 2022 ! tous mes vœux l’accompagne et merci de nous faire vibrer à chaque fois !,,,,,

What an incredible artist. Breathtaking interpretation and composer, mesmerizing instrumentalist who uses her voice as an instrument as well. Such intelligence, vocal skill, and uniqueness. Genius, really. I just hope her viewers feel the same way and vote for her. I wonder who she winked at just before the lights went down. ;-|

Et voilà Louise. Concentration entière sur l'essentiel: la musique et l'émotion pure. Fille simple. La suprème beauté dans la simplicité. Une voix magnifique. Aucune tentative de cacher quoi que ce soit derrière un spectacle visuel ou des sentiments artificielles et gonflées. Faites également attention aux détails : elle ne se contente pas de gratter quelques accords clichés standard à la guitare, comme la plupart le font, mais les amène immédiatement à un niveau plus raffiné. Certains commentaires me font soupçonner qu'il y a des gens qui ne remarquent pas de telles choses. Si vous voulez chercher plus sur elle : son nom complet est Louise Charbonnel. Note. To avoid misunderstandings (see comment below) due to language issues: "fille simple" means: a person who behaves naturally, without pretension.

@@moniquemannaert3468 That is not rude at all. I think your interpretation of the statement is not correct, possibly due to translation into English or your native language. I quote here the definition of "un homme simple" taken from the Larousse French dictionary: *"Qui se comporte avec franchise et naturel, sans prétention. Synonymes: humble - modeste"* , which means in English *Who behaves with naturalness, without pretension*

She’s got incredible vocal talent but also I just can’t take my eyes off her… she’s got such presence, understated as it is. Her face reminds me of Rebecca Hall. And she’s got such cool style too.I find her bewitchingly compelling to watch

Ridiculous that she was eleiminated during the semi finals. She is far better than anyone else on the show. The French viewing audience must have cloth in their ears. The tragedy is we may never hear her again.

It's not just the public that's to blame. The fifth judge, Nolwenn Leroy, who could have saved Louise, demonstrated the most hypocritical behavior I've ever seen on The Voice. The reactions on the social media were furious. I wish the entire world could have seen this, not just the French. The mentality in this program has sunk very deeply.

@@mer1red Wow. Why would she not save this glorious artist, a national treasure? How was she hypocritical? I'm from NYC, and I'm extremely disappointed. I will look for her music and would pay gladly for it!

Agreed, but I also noticed that after her audition won so many views on youtube, views for her following performances dropped steeply. Perhaps, the music industry in France considers this a "niche product", maybe the genre of "Experimental Music"? I just think she and her music are incredible and unique. Let's hope her global exposure by performing on The Voice (was it six times, including with Vianney and team?) will get her noticed and a music contract!

@@ibeetellingya5683 My criticism of Nolwenn Leroy concerns in the first place the way in which she acts. After Louise's performance Nolwenn was crying, apparently deeply moved, which she did for no other candidate, her comment was all praise. Many expected her to save Louise. Only to dump her coldly at the end with some nonsense talk. What's the value of all those tears and hugs if it's only a superficial appearance?

So I usually love her , she has been one of my favorites this whole competition, her blind and battle round were beautiful. Here I think the arrangement ruins this performance a little bit for me. It's so melodically different then the original song that I'm not even sure it should be called a cover . This is an iconic song and when you see someone is covering it , you expect the cover to remind you of the song in SOME way. This sounds nothing like the original song and I get that it's an interpretation but usually there's at least something in common with the original , this has 0 in common so it feels like a different song altogether , I also thought there was some small pitchy parts when she first started singing high in the beginning. She did nothing wrong vocally , it's just the arrangement of this itself that was a failure to me.

The arrangement has very, very nice parts, but takes risks at certain points. I omit the technical musical details. With risks I mean using harmonies that an audience of simple popular songs is not used to hearing. I don't see why you cannot go far in rearranging a song, but of course, as a mainly jazz player, I'm used to far-reaching interpretations and special sounds. Anyway, for me this is a clear sign that she knows what music is and that, above all, she wants to bring quality rather that pleasing the audience with clichés just for the sake of winning.

Funny, I did recognized the song with no problems. What amazes me is the fact that this was not a simple cover and thats the point of making a knowne song your own. To me, this was magical. The mark of a true artist.

She's obviously very intelligent and knows that her style, which includes many unusual elements, including using atonal notes, will not be understood or appreciated by many viewers. She doesn't care, she's being true to herself, her art, and her brand that she is sharing with the world using The Voice platform.

Now this is a true artist she is not karaoke she makes every song her own her own my only thing is someone needs to help her with her wardrobe robe other than that she's perfectly stunning her vocals are mesmerizing mesmerizing she's a beautiful young lady young lady however someone just needs to help her with her wardrobe. I know clothes don't matter however when you're an artist your presentation should be complete please and her clothes look like they're from from a thrift store and they don't fit her properly. It would be nice to see her presentation match her vocals

Her physical styling matches the style of her musical art: "Bohemian". Unstructured, unconventional, casual. natural. Some say "hippie-like". I think of her stylebin music and wardrobe hair and clothes as "minimalist bohemian" (or "Bohemian Minimalist"?)

I'm in awe of her musical genuis, but I frankly can't quite connect with her either, because to me, she's not telling a story. She sings like she's a virtuoso playing a piece of classical music on the piano. There's the swaying rhythms, and her modulation of volume, speed and harmonic scales for dramatic effect. But she doesn't seem to be telling an emotional story that's believable and satisfyingly relatable. My wild guess is that, at 21 years old, she's fresh from being an excellent student training at a very good school of music (conservancy?). She's vibrantly exploring and experimenting with genres, styles, sounds. As she gets older, and her own emotional experiences in life grow, storytelling will become more present, front and center to her music.
