I like the theory. You know how Tarre Viszla was the only Mandalorian in the Jedi Order how about Ahsoka is the only Jedi in the Mandalorians.

My theories are either she was inducted into Bo Katan's clan, or, Bo Katan asked her to marry her thus making her part of her house... Either way I think Ahsoka Tano is part of clan Kryze. In the episode where Bo Katan tells Din where Ahsoka is, she knew exactly where she was down to the city and the planet, Ahsoka hadn't been there long, and Ahsoka jumps from planet to planet A LOT, so Ahsoka would have to keep Bo katan up to date on her movements for some reason that would have to mean they were close, very close, family or lovers.

Well it hard to go into a major offensive dresses as a mechanic. Since almost no one carries any luggage with them in Star Wars, I’d say see had to barrow that outfit from Bo-Katan? Hmm… it makes sense. Though I would say she probably didn’t take a creed, or at least nothing on the level of what the Children of the Watch do. And I don’t think it’s just because she’d have a hard time finding a helmet. It is possible that she could have been honorably titled as a friend of the Mandalore, one who doesn’t walk in their ways, but who will help Mandalore and whom Mandalore will help in times of need. So she may be able to don the heart, but not the mythosaur.

I wasn't necessarily for this theory...at first... Since there's no evidence of her being mandolorian in rebels or in BOBF/Mando, but with the latest episode of Mando, the armorer told Bo that she leave the clan at anytime. Not providing evidence per se, but does make this theory plausible

It make a sense, but later she is no longer wearing it, although it is years later, it will be not impossible to her to get something similiar around time of rebels, but it is pretty unique outfit and she probablt just doesn't wan't to stand out, also, mandalorians are very affined to war in every way, and they culture reflect that, and this is certainly not what she confess, but this certainly not stop her from feeling good towards group in close brotherhood, it is certainly a type of thing she don't experience very often within Jedi order, since they dogmatic ideology on not attaching to anyone. Funny thing is that, she will probably identify herself more with the mandalorians in the children of the watch than the rest, since they are less circled around war, and more on defending they younger generations, readying them to live, despite they strange thing with helmet, at core they are very looking forward toward good of they people. Also, her previous actions on the mandalor can give her some credit to be allowed to whore it, even without becoming fully-pledged mandalorian. If she was pledged to mandalorian culture why she don't whore a helmet? It is extremely necessary to mandalorians, but this can be also adjustment to her fighting style, but in that case, she can just paint her face in the shape of mandalorian visor to reflect cultural identity, as she do wearing those clotes, she is not walking tank when fighting after all, still, she look perfect with these clothes, they just fit her.

On the other hand, during the reign of Maul, Bo-Katan was pretty desperate. She HAD to get rid of him. No Mandalorian would have won in a fight against Maul. That is why she provided a better armour for Ahsoka, one designed for battle.

On her not denying being a jedi.... I think she was in hiding for so long it was difficult for her to admit it post order 66... she probably still feels how the order failed her and themselves in the clone wars. Also she was never knighted I think she was only Anakin's padawan before she left the order... her memory of jedi was at their worst moments, spread thin acting as war heros not peace keepers out of command of the senate...

Why isn't she wearing Mandolorian gear now. I think she just borrowed some clothes from Bo more fitting for combat then her mechanics outfit. I really like your analogy of the Mandalorian. I would say they are kind of a mix of like the ancient Vikings and the Jewish Diaspora. I read it was not uncommon for Mandalorians to discriminate towards foundlings but I find this hypocritical because no modern Mandalorians are truly related to the original Mandalorians the Taungs and are merely descendants of the first human foundlings who assimilated into Mandalorian culture.
