Good presentation!!!!!! I am learning a lot!!! My grandma's hometown was a harbor city. People there love mixing pot, where all kinds of food are cooked together in a soup with strong spicy flavor!!! People there are traditionally labor workers who work for the shipment. They got tired after work. The mixing pot is good for their appetites and saves cooking time!!!!!
