This property is so much more than I had anticipated - and it has great potential for any future changes and improvements you may wish to do - but for now, it appears to be perfectly liveable - and once you have given the most pressing sections a fresh coat of paint (or replaced the wallpaper), and furnished your spaces, it will feel like home! It really does have “good bones” and was obviously a much loved home - the garden layout is very nice and you are going to thrive growing your edibles in those lovely raised planters and pretty greenhouse. The setting is incredibly beautiful and you have some really lovely views from your home. It absolutely lends itself to a creative soul such as yourself, Daniel. I cannot wait to see you grow in ways you haven’t yet thought possible. Having a fireplace in your bedroom and your own indoor bathroom is wonderful! You will feel like a Prince! There doesn’t appear to be a whole lot of junk/clutter in the barn that needs to be disposed of - which is great! You might discover a latent love for carpentry!
