she is not downgrading him. He has a Title of Chief Mouser of the Downing street 10 house . It is really a title. He comes from a long line of ancestors doing the same job. He has caught 4 mice so far. Aside from being the chief mouser he has other duties of meeting other dignitaries and testing napping quality of antique furniture . That is the official press knowledge regarding him.
