"pricey" cause it's a popular place for tourists from Germany and other western countries. Katowice are better when you start talking with people. We have multicultural meetings each Wednesday at Królestwo (at roundabout near monumet of 3 wings that you showed). If u get drunk so easily you also should ask for beer without alcohol, some of them are just as good as regular beers. Okocim 0 is a bitter regular beer taste, Motocyklowe - dark beer standard and my fav is Kormoran pomarańczowy radler at base of wheat beer ^^.
