Minimarg is far off tourist spot in Astore district of Gilgit Baltistan. It takes around 4 to 5 hrs to reach #Minimarg from Astore city via Chilam and #Burzil_top. Visiting Minimarg is not as simple as visiting other tourist places in Gilgit Baltistan because Minimarg is sentive area close to the #LOC. Kargil war between the troops of Pakistan and India was fought here and since then, Minimarg is under strict control of Pakistan army. Procedure ro follow before visiting Minimarg and planning to spend a night there is well explained in the video, however any additional information may be asked in comment box.
Rainbow lake is at 1 hr drive from Minimarg cantonment while the track leading to the lake is quite dangerous at some points. A reason for the beauty in original shape? May be, yes.

Now You can also book camps there i think per person it’s 1000-1500 n canteen is also there ….. and most importantly u can travel on bikes 150cc too n only important things for check posts are your corona vaccine reports n your id card ❤️

ماشااللہ ۔ بہت خوب ۔ آج ہی میں یہاں جانے کا سوچ رہا تھا اور معلومات حاصل کرنا چاہ رہا تھا آپ نے تو سب کچھ بتا دیا ۔ سر بس اتنا بتا دیں کہ یہ آپ کب گئے کیونکہ سننے میں آ رہا ہے کہ اب پرمیشن کی ضرورت نہیں ہے بس فور بائی فور ہونی چاھیے ۔ دوسرا سوال یہ دیوسائی میں رات گزاز کر ہم صبح صبح منی مرگ جا سکتے ہیں ؟ اور اس میں کتنا وقت لگے گا ؟؟؟

پرمیشن کے بغیر ناممکن سا لگتا ہے کیونکہ LOC پر ہے منی مرگ۔ دیوسائی میں رات گزار کے واپس چلم آ سکتے ہیں مگر ایک بات، اگر دیوسائی جانا ہے تو شام 4 بجے سے پہلے پہنچ جائیں وہاں۔ ورنہ چلم سے آگے جانے کی اجازت نہیں ہوتی 4 بجے کے بعد

PTDC at Minimarg and Chilham is now owned by PWD. They remain open but advance booking is required

Totally different scenery one can see if travel in June-July, all Green in those months. You didn't mention your travel date? Vlog is still interesting with lots of information about road condition, travel time, required permissions, accommodations etc ❤️🙏
