Very true Mr Amish... You have explained the situation with intense clarity of what's happening in your profession. Just imagine what the common man has to go through. I have had a very good education from the best school's and college with the blessings of my parents. While in school I really had bright ideas and dreams and wanted to do my bit for this country. Fast forward 25 years and I'm sick and tired of the way businesses work in our country. You have to grease each and every palm that crosses your way while getting things done. The dreams I had in school and college are shattered to tiny bits because I always argued with my father that why he should bribe anyone even when everything is according to law, but the sad reality is he is no more and I am being asked the same question by my children who have grown up today. Will this ever change....I do not know

Policing system or the bureaucracy in general is inherently corruptible. We're sold an idea of 'ideal system' but only those who deal with it or are part of it for that matter know keeping up integrity & principles is hard, let alone facilitated. PatalLok has this dialogue. It goes like "Door se dekhne mein ye system ek kachre ka dher lagta hai, lekin andar ghus ke dekho toh it's a well oiled machine. Har purze ko pata hai ki usey kya karna hai aur jo purza kaam nahin karta, usey badal diya jata hai."

Hmm...very true 👍...very insightful and meaningful...the short answer of the long story is...GET THE JUSTICE DONE BY ANY MEANS IN FAVOUR OF THE CLIENTS IS THE PRIORITY...WELL.. ITS THE RESULT ORIENTED APPROACH... IF THE MECHANICS OF JUSTICE IS LIKE THAT....THEN... WHY TO WORRY MUCH ABOUT BEYOND THE SYSTEM... means...GET UP...STAND UP... GREASE THE PALM...AND FINALLY FINISH THE TASK...AND RELAX 😌🙌😎... BUT.... REMEMBER NO INNOCENT PERSONS SHOULD BE PROSECUTED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE WHIMS AND FANCIES OF THE RICH PEOPLE WHILE USING BRIBE OR ANY CORRUPT MEANS...MEANS ETHICAL TREATMENT SHOULD BE PROPORTIONATE TO THE JOB....

I have known of cases where the "bribe" that is demanded of state level services aspirants is marrying some top govt person's daughter/ niece/ relative. It is not always money that's exchanged. Of course, a woman civil services aspirant might even have to face a worse situation. I hope young people trying to get into top jobs understand how complex the process is and aren't in delusion about the world. Be prepared to have your morals questioned at every step of the way.
