You know, making people aware of law is very crucial, you are doing great job here, sometimes I think that basic knowledge of law and rights should be added as standard subject in schools as most of the people are unaware of their rights and protective laws, which makes them more prone to all possible unfortunate incidents. Please keep up the good work.

IS lying and perjury same thing in the court of law? is any of them always punished? IF we know the opposition is lying, and we have evidence of the lie, can we trap the opposition in such a way that they will be punished??

Great content again but one question is there when accused present before the honorable court for the first time and if he has been asked whether he is guilty or not but ofcourse after the trial if he really find guilty whether the first statement will find it lying before the court and will he get appropriate punishment for the same??

Where IO lies regularly, be it orally or in the police report ,why are they given benefit of doubt.? Are they the only people who are busy and have work ? Are the citizens sitting with legs crossed ?
