I've just realised one mistake already - TURNOUT wasn't 25% in the referendum in Wales in 1998, rather SUPPORT FOR THE CREATION OF THE ASSEMBLY stood at 25% of the electorate (50% voted yes, with 50% turnout). Apologies!

Ah yes, the great libertarian Boris Johnson opposing basic regional devolution. Lets add that to the endless list of things he's said/done that completely contradicts the libertarian doctrine. But with regards to the video, I would add that the 2022 NI Assembly election turnout was 63% and the 2021 Scottish Parliament turnout was also 63.5%. But this was a brilliant video. You are a great teacher.
