@Espacio 41 I mean...I would prefer he land on ball of foot but that's 1000% better for your knees compared to most leg exercises. Jogging is worse technically :/

Kovalev was not far behind the score card before Canelo KO'd him. Bivol is more disciplined, fluid and way better conditioned. He also has a good jab. If the fight goes to distance, Bivol may have the upper hand

It's called functional training for explosive power... you basically are training the internal muscles you can't see for fast twitch...it's no body building BS. Back to basics as you mention like a kids PE class.. also tremendous for increasing anaerobic threshold ( going through pain and longevity with a raised heart rate without lactic acid buildup)
