The 2012 Shadow means a lot to me as on Christmas Eve in 2012-2013, my parents took my best friend and me out to see some Christmas lights at a fairground and gave us presents early. My best friend got the Sanei Shadow while I got the GE Classic Knuckles, our respective favorite Sonic characters at the time. I believe I still have Knuckles and my friend most likely still has Shadow.

I actually really like how Knuckles' muzzle is pointy. It makes him look somewhat closer to an actual echidna, which is characterized by it's long and pointy snout. I dunno, I just think it's a nice design for him, but maybe that's just me.

I know this is a three year old video, but I know a method that may help flatten out '07 Knuckles' dreads; a handheld clothes steamer. You can get one pretty cheap and they work well for things like this. The heat of the steam helps soften the fabric and because it's not too hot or too wet, it cools down really quickly, and as such, it sets the shape.

So thanks my man! My personal favorite plush out of all of the ones covered In the video is the 2007 Small Sonic. It's personal my favorite Sonic Plush of all time and I just think It's amazing and captures Sonic better than any other modern Sonic plush does, I just have always felt like no other Sonic Plush has been able to nail that Sonic look and for me this Is the *only* Sonic Plush that does that. I've always wanted one, but I've only seen it on eBay about 4 or 5 times and they were all priced In the 80 - 120$ range. Do you know why this Is and where I can get one for 30 dollars or less? Oh I remember these plushes, I still have the Amy from the 2007 set and it still rests on my shelf

I always dreamed of having the Sanei Amy plush as a kid. (the 2007 one since that was the only one at the time and that I knew of) I saw one online when I was 10 while getting Christmas ideas or so but I ended up getting a bootleg instead on Christmas day. (Which looks absolutely nothing like the actual plush)

I think they were trying to make the 2007 plush look like an actually Echidna,because Knuckles is an echidna,so they were probably trying to make his nose look like it from certain angles

There was a 5 year gap in between the 2007 and 2012 plush sets...I think now it's time for a new set.

I really enjoyed the Great Eastern Sonic Plushies however Sanei did it... They are the people who made good quality Sonic Plushies in my opinion, and maybe TOMY will stand out from both when they are gonna drop the Dark Chao

Would it be morally incorrect of me to prefer all of the 2007 plushes over the 2012 set?

The thing wrong with 2012 tails's face is these three things. 1. His eye pupils are too far from the edges of the eye whites. If you look at the 2007 tails, his eyes are right next to the inside edges of his eyes. The 2012 one doesn't do that, which makes him a bit cross-eyed and giving him a blank stare. 2. his eyes seem to kind of dig into his muzzle. They're kind of like sonic's muzzle, which has two dips where his eyes are, but this is just too extreme with tails. Comparing 2012 tails's to 2007 tails's, you can see that the top of 2007 tails's muzzle is more flat, which In my opinion, is a much better design choice. 3. 2012 Tails has a curve upwards in the bottom of his muzzle. Overall this adds to the unappealing design of his face. And finally here's what I would change in regard of 2012 Tails's face. First, I would make his muzzle into just an oval instead of having all these dips and dives. Second, I would put his pupils at the inside edges of his eye whites. Lastly, I would steal 100,000 dollars worth of mandarin oranges and fill my pool with them, and then put tails in there so that he can look better than ever when he comes out of the pool. tbh i think the 2007 plushies, excluding amy, have a bit more charm to them. i think its the eyes being larger. besides that the 2012 set generally looks better yeah.
