That’s wonderful ! I love this church! I love the temples and everything about the teachings of Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father’s plan of happiness-and that we are all children of God. I know Jesus Christ lives and that He is the Messiah, Redeemer of this world and that God has restored the church, His priesthood and power of God on earth to bless mankind . My life has been so enriched because of my membership and my own covenants to follow Him. I love the living prophets and apostles too! I will pray for your progression Hunter. God bless you and yours !

No, HE has not & HE is as angry @ this idolatry, as HE was when HE declared that HE would send HIS c/n into slavery to serve 400 yrs for this very thing, idolatry. Negro, u r TMH's chosen & u r embracing this. I pray that HE is too focused on gathering u that HE does not send fire, water, wind, earth &/r hail, as HE is doing to those who enslaved HIS c/n. Man, u do not know who u r. A Prince of Israel, Yahudah's child falling down to the gods of Esau. Ask HIM for Truth. U r HIS child. HE will give it to u. Read Genesis 15:12-14 . Read Deuteronomy 28 & Leviticus 26 to c why the TransAtlantic slavery of HIS c/n. Read Revelation 18 to c the destruction of Babylon/America. The 400 yrs r up & HE promised your father, Abraham. Babylon/America is the timepiece of the 400 yrs & although more than 400 yrs have been served, 2019 marks the documented end of those 400 yrs. Know who & whose u r. FATHER, please awaken YOUR child.

Most Haitians are Christians. Why would this Temple be a sign of hope for Haiti. Educate yourself. Haiti doesn't need Mormon culture. Majority are Catholics who don't believe in birth control. Why would Mormonism (where a so called man of Christ is able to have 200 wives and 1000 kids) benefit Haiti in any way. It would add to the poverty and AIDS crises. Please stay in Utah. Get out of Haiti.

A temple means; there are enough Latter-day Saints around the local area- which means they are organized to help the community - which means they will - and the church- will help their communities with basic needs- which means more resources are and will be coming in- which means the communities will be encouraged to be rebuilt-if locals accept it. Because most the people are naturally so poor , you and I can “help” them by donating to legitimate “helping Haiti” causes, such as the First Cross and church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints charity arms, the Catholic Church for Haiti, Salvation Army in Haiti. The problems that happened in Haiti after the devastation was because of sone terrible people who extorted the money flowing in to not official organizations. Go visit . You will see that the Latter Day Saints are seeking to help solve problems, as well as other good church congregations. . It’s the human trafficking -people who are not church goers and their local mafia and drug lords that are the serious problem . The temple is wonderful news that there IS much Good in Haiti as well as the bad. In love I say this; I suggest anyone that thinks the way you expressed should visit Haiti and see the bigger picture -- then be proactive yourself instead of being quick to judge and critical. There’s too much of this fault finding going on in our internet family. And in the words of one of our hymns, “then wake up, and DO something good..” And God bless Haiti!

Haiti does not need any American denominations or cults. All of these churches originate somewhere else so they can shackle the minds of a defeated people. Prior to 1916, Haiti only had two mainstream religious entities. The formal was the Catholic Church and the Informal was vodou. All of you who came after came to create division, change the fabrics of our society. This is wrong, the people have been paralysed and reduced to walking zombies. When you see the numerous American interventions with their European cousins, you see the reality of our conditions, then you know their intentions is to keep their knees on our neck politically, economically, militarily, culturally, and they want our souls to be slaves to their belief systems.

A Nnana I ask you, do you think Joseph Smith could right a false book that perfectly describes another testament of Jesus Christ and a faithful civilization? Not only that but also managing to do so in 65 day with the education of a young child? The lord works through his prophets, and Joseph Smith is a modern example of it. Amos 3:7- surely the lord god will do nothing but he revealeth his secrets unto his servants the prophets.

It is not only a new trend but many older temples also didn't have them. Mesa Arizona, Cardston Alberta, Hamilton New Zealand, St. George Utah, and Laie Hawaii don't have a Moroni. Others like Bern Switzerland and London England received them many years after they were dedicated.
