Right now there are no terms. Others propose staggered terms of 18 years which would allow presidents to appoint 2 judges every presidential term. Seems sensible to me.

I was thinking 12 years but I would settle for 18 years and make it so that there is at least one new judge appointed every 4 years,if not 2. I haven't worked out the mess but I know someone could. 🤭 And definitely rules for impeachment and removal!
