I am really happy at the direction this club is going I said at the start of the season Europa League is the goal , it's a very good Championship it gets harder as the tournament moves on I am sick and tired of so called fans ranting and raving , look how long did it take City to be where they are in 1 year 2 year etc no, it takes time , many mistakes, this manager of ours has a vision , let him be, I look yesterday at CB what bloody talent and their still young , scary when they get more premier league experience they will be a force in this league our goalie first year playing at EPL level he has done very well , there is loads of work to be done, the Europa League will give this young team much needed experience stop with bs back this manager , this is a project , but what Ange wants to build is a team that will win every year that has the reputation like City like Liverpool , and yes even Arsenal , were a few years away from that but we are on the right path we just need patience ,

Things need to be so much better next season. Appreciate suspensions and injuries at times but there's no leadership (why is that?), sloppy in possession (especially in midfield), poor decision making across the pitch, caught on the break with the high line (we need to play deeper against good teams that break fast), woeful set piece defending (worse than woeful!), not adapting/changing to the game to grind a result, all or nothing mindset. Just basic stuff but some how only a few points off 4th. Crazy really. I don't know he we did it. Madison, son, bissouma, sarr particularly have had a shocking few months. (they were very poor) Kulu, richarlison, Johnson aren't good enough to take us any further. (I agree with the first two but I think Johnson has potential ) Trouble is offloading crap no one wants. Gill and lo Celso especially. (Gill will definitely take some shifting!) If we sign Werner then that's a sign of what we can expect from the transfer window and normality resuming. (I'm hoping for but not expecting much better, we never have signed too many good players VDV is the exception!) The rebuild is scary to be honest. Everyone is in the market for a decent striker.(true dat! the goons need one as much as us!)

With everything that has happened during the season with injuries and it being a new season under a new manager with an entirely new style of play after letting go of one of the greatest strikers ever in Harry Kane, I think it's an achievement to be where we are at the end of the season.

I'm disappointed as well, however, I don't think we're ready for CL. EL suits us now.

I'm not a kulu fan tbh. Hes sloppy in possession and his end product is generally poor. He's suited more centrally definitely but this is his ceiling, unfortunately it's signings like him that keep up the mediocrity player attraction for levy. Picking up players for 40m and using them as justification for not going for bigger names and wages. We'll of course sign werner and the cycle will continue.

This is kulu’s first game as striker, not long ago this season, Son scored a hatrick in the first game he played as striker. I hope he’ll keep being this good as a 9 but we shouldn’t get ahead of ourselves.

beginning of the season, he was starting as a 9 and was absolutely tearing teams apart. Then, he moved over to the left and fans started complaining that he should be played as a 9 because he can't operate on the wing anymore. Then towards the end of the season as richarlison is injured, he moves back over to the center and people are saying he was never a 9 and should always be played on the left. It's absurd. The truth is he can fulfill both roles in the right team under the right circumstances, and circumstances in the team have changed A LOT to say the least over the course of the season and he has had to perform many roles due to player injuries. teams change, player roles are fluid, it's up to ange and the team to figure out the best way to play to everybody's strengths.

I agree, they fanny around at the back and Vicario passes the ball to a player with someone on top of him, putting that player under pressure! Sometimes just getting it up the pitch is the right option. As for Maddison I thought he was a defender he plays so deep! Been disappointed with him, slow passing and not accurate, thought he would be good putting through balls for Son, seems to be half the player he was at Leicester. I still think Johnson has potential but we have paid a lot of money for him!

shameful, you don't remember all the great games he had for us this season (and before) and only remember when his form dropped off. He had one of the greatest individual displays I had seen for a while against nottingham forest this season, fans are so quick to forget and demand players be sold.
