Interesting points for Mando. Pedro Pascal described his role in a very tender way: "He (Din) is a guy discovering his heart." And that captures what you say perfectly, in my opinion. In regards to his Creed, he is so much into it because he is grateful to them for saving him when he was a child. He is a foundling, a foreigner, a foster child, and they are his family, so he had adopted their opinions without question in need to fit in. With Grogu, he starts building his own family, his own self. So he gains the strength to question what he was taught and move past that for his son. He is not dependent on the others' acceptance anymore. When they declare him an apostate during the Book of Bobba Fett, he doesn't mourn the fact. He still says: "I am a Mandalorian," when he flies to Tatooine and just tries to see his son. He has defined who he is by himself. He has grown past simplistically strict rules about a helmet. I also do think that there is a lot to say about his character and his absolute denial to rule Mandalore in S3, even though according to the same traditions about Darksaber, he should have. Instead, he was trying to get rid of that thing since the moment he got it. I know people are annoyed about the outcome of S3, but to be honest, I am one of those who think that was the best fitted for the character (even though I did not really like S3).

Don’t forget that despite s3 mostly focusing on Bo Katan’s journey, we see Din’s commitment to the Mandalorian way start to expand. He realizes that there’s a more important cause that is bigger than himself in the union and rebuilding of Mandalore and he plays a big role in bringing that to fruition. He also realizes the threar the empire poses and starts to hunt remnants to protect not only his people, but the galaxy as a whole. I also think where he ended up at the end of s3 made sense. Also you probablynounced Bo’s last name wrong. It’s prononced like cheese not rise.

It became a beloved character and show... unfortunately that couldn't continue because kk and Dave Bolony had to destory this beautiful character, because they hate male, strong, loving, caring, protective male characters....Now it will be no more....
