Thank you 🙏🏾 my grandmother was my guide this morning. She told me to be you and and all I need is with in me. She also told me to read our letters. We used to write to one another. When she passed my mom gave me the letters I wrote to her and I still have hers❤ Blessings to you all

I saw my grandma and I started to cry. It was nice seeing her to hug her and feel her hand in my hands. I have been having a lot of trouble in the last 14 months. My heart felt that my grandma was with me telling me what I needed to hear.

Excellent meditation today, GM! Grand Rising to you! Thank you for sharing this! It's ben a minute since I actually took the time to visualize this particular Spirit Guide, which is one of my Guardian Angels. Don't get me wrong, I always acknowledge & thank them, but to take time out to actually visualize & commune is so powerful, so thank you !! I'll share the messages I got, which were "Be True To Yourself, Forgive Yourself & Others, & Everything Is All Right!" Hopefully my sharing will help someone else too! Oh, we also danced together. Today's exercise was fun!! I didn't want it to end, but everything has it's ebb & flow! Namaste'!!!👏🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾💪🏾✌🏾🤟🏾💯❤🧡💛💚💙💙💜

I laid down to do this. My Granny came to me. I felt a touch on my toes, leg, stomach, and ankle. The touch on my ankle was so startling I jumped!

Well i was not expecting this to work! I met an older woman named Myra with wild curly grey hair. She told me to trust myself. I asked how, and she just said, "Begin." I struggle getting started on things because I don't want it to be a flop so then I just... do nothing. So "begin" was exactly what I needed to hear.

the guide that showed up was named Slavana. I could se her coming wearing a hootie, but then she took it off and revealed big eyes and eyelashes and beautiful lips, but i couldnt really see her face. when i asked for the guidance, she pointed at my heart and i heard "beauty". it made so much sense to me, since i've been struggling with my self steem these past few days, it was really sweet :,)♡

No one would come near me !! There were a few on the perimeter circling me but none would draw near, which is strange for me. Did anyone else experience problems connecting ? Perhaps I need to cultivate a calmer mind and greater patience.
