This is a spot-on critique. Brutal but a bullseye. I'm a non-practicing lawyer and it's been clear to me for some time now that Heard's team totally screwed the pooch. At least Rottenborn had the good sense to disappear into the mists when it was over. Elaine Bredehoff, not so much.

Honestly I could *see* Rottenborn moving away from Heard physically as the trial was winding down - he realized what was happening. His body language, and the way he sat at the table, were *very* different in the final days and as the jury deliberated. I think he was tired of her miserable antics, probably detested her for - allegedly - berating her lawyers for not doing x, y, or z, and was just done with the entire horrible case. Elaine is not behaving in a sane manner. She may actually have some issues going on as her post-trial behavior has been…very questionable. Elaine is aggressively flailing in wild desperation while slinging extremely nasty comments and implying that the jurors, who served on that sh!t-show for six weeks, were all there to see Depp and conspire to score a “win” for Depp. Her behavior is so offensive she should be sanctioned for ethics.
@MarkChong

@@AleisterCrowleyMagus Elaine strikes me as someone who joined the ranks of people like Juicy Smoolyey, Bubba Wallace and Amber Turd. They're a class of people who constantly emit a gaslight aura to distort reality to conform to the expectations of the heroic narrative they constructed for themselves as a defense mechanism to avoid having to face the truth that they're actually kind of shitty people and should really change for the better. We are witnessing the power of pathological homeostasis. These people are in such a state of avoiding change that they push all the blame for all the bad things that happen to them on other people so they themselves never have to change. It is a powerful feedback loop that has allowed them to go about their lives without being eaten alive by a guilty conscience.

I’m personally convinced Amber fought to have Her Moment on the stand, and that her disastrous return to the stand was likely provoked by Johnny’s own. I heard that Elaine got like award for lawyers before. So here's my theory about them. Years ago she probably did standard lawyering, then learned about sketchy tactics to use for lawyering. Won few cases by using those tactics which bring her to the awards & fame. Lawyering the same way for years to come. doing sketchy tactics as their standard practice behind the scene as always. until JD case... Where all her dirty tactics aired for everyone to see. She got a really bad client, which was probably call her because AH knew that she's good at shady tactics. Now after she lost, she tried to damage control using the old media as she probably did as usual. calling PR firm, but like Nick said. Because it was aired for everyone to see, everyone else can see what she's doing, what motions she filed. the absurd claims she did, millions of people scrutinizing her every moves, brainstormed, and her BS finally shown.

And more so now. Pathetic she has to use bots in order to get something positive said about her!!

With all the evidence that AH was the abuser (video and audio tapes, whitnesses) i don't believe for a moment that if AH team had played it smart, they would have won, not one second. The truth is the truth!!!
