"Stop a Douchebag" - is a Russian youth movement that attempts to enforce the traffic regulations in Russia.
We do not fight for the law. We fight for people to think about the rights and convenience of others regardless of whether there is a police officer near them or not.

They are just hoping for a ''bad'' guy to hop on their bullshit wagon, they have tons of video's where they are provoking them to fight. My fav. video of them is this /watch?v=jjaZaHQ8U6Y now these fucking inbred mongrels know what it feels like with a group.

Mystic Ace These guys are still scum, making a girl drive back while she has only 20 minutes left to get to a FUCKING BOAT. Even if they dont ''retaliate'' they have ZERO social skills, and that shows alone by their ''Companies'' name choice. Way to ruin someone's day by telling him hes a douchebag by a fucking lame ''witty'' joke, and if that not is the worst... They fucking put a sticker on your car that you can only remove with a hair dryer, they often even put it on the drivers side of the window. In my country the vehicle is not allowed to go on the streets with that, so they are creating a even more dangerous hazard PLUS vandalizing someones car for what? For a small fucking traffic violation, where 90% of them were standing STILL causing no fucking danger.

they can get the address of the owner of the car, and the list of drivers from the insurance paper, but if there are multiple people allowed to drive this car on the insurance list, it's extremely difficult to prove who was behind the wheel at the time, so nobody bothers all that much since nobody seemed to be seriously hurt (according to the legal definition of "seriously injured", or the appropriate severity of the injury).
@goprodog4304

That is why here in Hungary they changed it to "owner responsibility". So if it is your car but you say you don't know who drove it, you will be prosecuted nonetheless.

+GoPro Dog Hungary, as part of the EU, demands adherence to basic human rights, which includes the right to film anything you want in the public space. That includes people that are traveling in that public space. Furthermore, you are allowed to do what you wish with what you film in the public space in any way you wish, for any purpose you wish, except portray it in such a way that it appears as if the one filmed is promoting a product, service or organization that they have not given permission for. No reasonable person could possibly interpret it that these people are in any way promoting "Stop a Douchebag", so no, there would be no fine involved for posting this kind of stuff on youtube. They might be able to file a complaint with youtube itself, who does not have to host the video, but in no way is it illegal anywhere in the EU. You do not have a right to privacy in the public space. Privacy would only be violated if they posted personally identifiable information of the people filmed, which they are not. Your license plate, is NOT personally identifiable.

If they had used a bike the driver of the bike would also get fined. Perhaps a pushbike, it's slower than a motor bike but faster than walking/running and it's legal to ride on the pavements (well I think it is in Russia, specially if cars do)

I had no idea that it was common to see someone driving down the sidewalk in Russia. The differences between the various cultures can be fascinating.
