We stopped this guy during one of our winter "raids" against driving on the sidewalks in Moscow. He told us he was cool and wouldn't bite us, though he kept threatening us every once in a while. There was that stubborn blonde girl too, who wouldn't back up and clear the way for the psycho guy, thus enraging him even more. Eventually we dealt with both of them (and more.)

+Sunday101 Now imagine there was no camera... There is an episode, when a SaD guy gets stabbed in a back by a crazy driver and drives away. In a few short minutes the police find the driver parked nearby, calmly scratching his windshield with the same knife. Instead of "Drop your weapon, get on the ground, NOW!" you could see a friendly chat between a policeman and a driver, who was still scratching the windshield with bloody assault weapon. The moment a cameraman approached closer to this two "buddies", he was confronted by *this policeman* with the demand to stop filming and claiming the stabbing was in self-defense. Russian police is more concerned about protecting the criminals, than, God forbids, maintaining the law.
