Oh thank you! Yeah I'd say my backpack is what I use day to day and then my little one usually comes out for special occasions or if I just don't want to take much with me. Definitely stay warm enough xx

Have you done the vision board exercise for style? Be interesting to see what comes up. Though sometimes I think what we like on others just isn’t what we like on ourselves. I love Carrie Bradshaw’ as style but I’d never buy it for myself

eeeeeeeeeek I wrestle with this so much and I'd love to hear anyone else's opinion on it. I think it's a very grey area from what I've read and there's no way to make a blanket statement either way. It all depends on the manufacturing methods, the longevity of the product and how it can be repurposed

The ebook really helps you clarify your wardrobe. She literally does it step by step for you as an individual! It helped me!

sounds like it's full on for you. I'd say you've got two options and it's probably a good idea to experiment with both to see which works best. The lifestyle analysis in the ebook is going to help you A LOT in terms of how much you should own for what so definitely take some time to complete that as accurately as possible. Separate capsules can work really well and I use this for hobbies and loungewear but I ensure they all follow the same colour palette and keywords so they can be mixed and matched if necessary. This isn't a requirement but it gives more flexibility and choice. If that feels unnecessary then by all means lump everything together but use the lifestyle pie chart to determine the ratios. In terms of actual items, your vision board should give plenty of inspiration for this. Lastly, try to journal a little each day asking yourself the questions what did I wear today and how did it make me feel? Then ask yourself what do I wish I'd worn instead? oh no! I find this dress to be absolutely fine on me, if not a little oversized but I could have them tailored if I wanted. The j brand jeans aren't petite either, just cropped - but I feel your frustration, I just try and make the best of it I think
