Shes a gorgeous doll, and I love seeing her dress with so much real embroidery, but the idea of advertising a doll as an "heirloom" and then giving her hair that will decay by the time you're passing it on to someone else is just awful.

I think they had to use the Polly hair to keep the doll at the price point of $150 and the budget definitely went onto her dress

I think she is worth the price as she has a lot more embroidrey then like the last 4 LE shop disney dolls. I want her so bad , hoping she is there when I get paid the 1st . I have owned many of these le dolls , got my collection down to Tiana, The 1989 Ariel, and my fave Esmeralda! I would love Mirabell

It takes toy companys a long time to make a new doll body type so it took Disney along time to make an limited edition doll of Marabell

I just got her. I don't collect the Disney LE's because of lack of space but I had to have Mirabel. I hope someone out there sells Crinoline skirts for dolls at this scale because I hate the tissue paper so much. Other than that I love her so much.

Lovely dolls (it’s a shame coco never got any dolls; it got figures and plush dolls but never like a doll doll; same with nightmare before Christmas; both movies have yet to get doll dolls but in a way it’s good for my wallet)

Hey Brooke! I’m sorry for bringing up something you might quite possibly want to leave behind, but I need to talk about something from a few days ago, when PeachY Reviews posted her video about Toy Fair. There was a post calling her out for her use of other people’s footage, and I found that post to be written in such an awful tone, I wrote a very angry response defending Peachy, and in doing so, I missed the point being made. I still don’t like the tone of that comment, but I can see its message. I admit to knowing jack squash about the specifics of fair use on account of not planning to create content myself, and since I noticed without issue who the footage used in that video belonged to, I considered the credit sufficiently given, and in my eyes, the video was fair and okay. I didn’t think it could be that much of a problem, but the comment section proved me wrong. I couldn’t recognize your usual kind and calm self in your comments, and it made me think about how bad an impact the whole situation was having on you, how hurtful it was, and that I might need to re-evaluate how I view the concept of fair use. I’ve read up on it, and there are parts I still don’t understand (you’ll find me a poor thinker, and a slow and indecisive one), but one thing that was quite clear was that giving credit does not automatically constitute fair use. Bam. There it was in black and white. And then my two braincells collided again and sparked another realization - recasts. I collect BJDs, those dolls are extremely dear and important to me, and recasts are a big problem in the hobby, because unlike fakies and knock-offs, they’re direct copies of legit dolls, taking business away from the original creators, who, contrary to popular belief, aren’t big wealthy companies. Recasters will tell you which doll from which creator they recast. Would I ever regard that as giving proper credit? Hell no. Words cannot describe the how downhearted I feel when someone tries to defend this practice. So where’s the difference between that and fair use (or lack thereof) of others’ content in youtube videos? It made me realize that I have two very different standards for two not so different things. That will not do. I wrote my comment to oppose what I perceived at the time as very haughty behavior, but to you, it must have read as me defending unacceptable crossing of your and others’ boundaries and unethical use of your content. It must have felt discouraging and overall very crappy. That’s an impact that I absolutely did not intend to make, and that I absolutely do regret making. I’m severely sorry for that. I’m also sorry it took me this long to apologize, I couldn’t decide what’s worse; raising the unpleasant dead by bringing the whole thing up again, or not apologizing eventhough a thought process happened and I view the situation differently now. And then I was waiting for a new video, because I don’t know if you revisit comments for the old ones, but then I also wanted to post it before too long, so here I am. I also considered just shooting you a pm, but that felt kinda cowardly for some reason. Once again, I apologize, I’m very sorry, and I’m sorry if I forced you to come back to something you wanted to move on from and leave it behind. Please feel free not to forgive me, and not respond, if that’s what works best for you. (Also sorry for this entirely too long effin’ novel, oh my gosh. If you somehow read the whole damn thing, thank you for your time, I do not take it for granted!)

9:32 i don’t think that filigree. Filigree mostly used for Jewelry associated with gold wire or silver. To me it more like surface outline embroidery

I hate the tissue paper as an underskirt substitute, my CreativeSoul dolls all got handmade underskirts because even though I couldn´t see the tissue paper it really bothered me😅😅
