Today we will be touring a modular home that is among the top houses here on the channel! Stayed tuned I toured several brand new prefab home models and they will all be coming very soon! This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a "off frame" modular home! The manufacturer for this house is Nationwide Homes. The model for this home is the “Concord" This home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and has roughly 2,600(main level) square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I’m with you about the open concept homes. The noise. It just doesn’t stop. Thw other problem I’ve found is that lack of wall space translates into lack of places to set bookshelves, console tables, desks, and that sort of thing. I like walls, and I’m almost half convinced we were sold on open concept to benefit builders bottom lines, and not that it’s what’s best for modern living.

I agree with you. I've owned two different homes. One open concept and the other with some division of the kitchen and dining nook. I much prefer the latter. I like lots of built in cabinets and storage. Also, this is spacious enough for my oversized furniture.

I fully agree with you about the open floor plan vs the sectioned out option. I prefer a bit of separation between the cooking ruckus and the living room ruckus 😅

Chance?? This does not look like a modular home 🏠🏡 it looks like a regular house! It is very elegant looking!! The Living, Dining, Family, and Laundry Room's are very comfortable, pretty and cozy. The Kitchen is wide open and spacious!! The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are fantastic and well-made. The Upstairs is well-kept and great artistry. Just a super smart home 🏠🏡!! I especially found this Ryan’s Shed Plans to be of great use when it came to building the roof. I was able to do all the cuts and installation by myself, with a little reference to this Ryan’s Shed Plans.

Beautiful house. I like the windows, but still wonder why MANY designers have large windows at the commode or the bathtub. Don't like that. I don't like carpet----whether it's a stick-built house or a modular or mobile home----gets dirty too fast and a pain to clean. Would rather have all LVP (or whatever you called it! 😜). It's very nice. And easy to clean!! I really liked the layout of this house and the vents in the floor! I think it would add considerably to the look if there was a fireplace. But, that's just me. I agree about the windows by the commode and/or tub. Definitely not a place for a neighborhood show. Also agree about the carpet. Especially in the dining room. It's so much easier to keep floors clean with lvp. And, it doesn't mess with allergies.

I really like this floor plan! It's not completely open. I love that there's a half-bath for company and that the bedrooms and bathrooms are down the hallway. The family area can stay private. And, the closet is not in the bathroom! YAY! Carpet in the dining room 🤔????? Whoever decided that needs another job. Or, they also own a carpet company and they're thinking about future business. Must be the same person who decided to put the water heater in a bedroom closet 🤦‍♀️. Happy Thanksgiving, Chance, Caitlin, Cullen, Grayson and the rest of the family!

This is beautiful! A little carpeting is nice perhaps in the living room, family room, bedrooms, but not in foyers, dining areas, bathrooms, hallways or on stairs, please😁. I love that the kitchen "hidden" from other main rooms and the front door! 🤗

Really nice setup the second floor offers a ton of space to later finish, off the bat what this house is missing is a walk in pantry, something this nice needs a walk in pantry I think it would round out the floor plan, I know me and my wife toured this house and that's the first thing she said when we walked into the kitchen if it had a walk in pantry this would be in the running! Great video's Chance we all appreciate your time and dedication driving around and doing videos of all there homes..

Hello Chance Question why do you keep showing the homes made by Vanderbilt when you can only get them in North Carolina 😮😢 they don't even come into East Tn . Yes they have beautiful homes but are useless to the other states around them . Would like some feed back from you please . Maybe other companies like Vanderbilt that have bea homes and go to other states ??? Thank you

Beautiful home, the floorplan is really unique. Cozy living area. I like that the kitchen isn't visible from the front room. Needs a pantry. I really love the master suite being divided into 3 separate rooms. The closet is massive, but I don't want the water heater inside it.

I would probably want hardwood laminate instead of the carpet on the main floor traffic areas, but carpet in the bedrooms. Tons of potential for the upstairs area. Overall great layout.❤

Love this home! I really like the floor plan and the walls separating the kitchen from the living area. One thing that would help if it had a pantry; otherwise it is perfect.

Now, that’s a kitchen. I love a separate kitchen from the other living spaces. This is beautiful. No carpet…. Just my opinion. It looks cheap. I love a big carpet of my own choice to anchor living room furniture.

My father (82) remembers when only rich people had wall-to-wall carpet. The town doctor had it installed and everyone wanted to see it. Now only poor people get wall-to-wall carpeting and the well to do use real wood 😂

Love this floorplan! It's open, but not wide open. Wouldn't have carpet in dining room for sure. I am more fond of the flooring that's in the foyer. Prefer to have that and some rugs. Lot easier & cheaper to change rugs that pull up & install new carpet. Like the prep sink in island but wouldn't want my main sink in island. Just an awesome home. Love Vanderbilt's collection of homes! Thank you, Chance, for going back there.

Hi Chance! Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours! This is such a Beautiful Home! I love all of the windows! And for me the carpet is perfect. The floors seem a bit uncomfortable on my feet without the carpet and just plain cold! I think the only thing I would change would be adding a nice fireplace! Very nice layout and it has big rooms I don't like the carpet. But I like the cool fixtures that are different and less white it could use even more less white of the different colors it used.

This is my favorite home there! I love the way the Owners Suite is tucked away. My dad and I looked at this one and tried to figure out where we could tuck an elevator in it if I had to Take in my family members.

Take care, Chance. This time of year is hard to lose someone that's a member of your family or someone they care about. Its exhausting when you're trying to get through your day at times !like this. You just be there for that person to share with. The home is absolutely everything you said it was!! It's gorgeous!

Love this floor plan. Love carpeting except in the dining room and bathroom. I didn't see any outlets along the counters in the kitchen or did I miss them? I'd have to have a jetted garden tub in the master bath. You should have been singing Amazing Grace in this house. Love it.
