Today we will be touring a modular home that has 2 levels and imo could be the perfect forever home! Stayed tuned I toured several brand new prefab home models and they will all be coming very soon! This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a "off frame" modular home! The manufacturer for this house is R-Anell Homes. The model for this home is the “Riverside" This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,430 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Chance, this prefab house 🏠🏡 is FABULOUS!! Love everything about this rustic home 🏠🏡!! All of the rooms are huge roomy cozy and comfy!! From the Upstairs to the Downstairs is completely stunning!! Very Attractive and Artistic!! Just plain WOW 😣😳

Wow, that is some pantry! 😮 Nice utility room, beautiful cabinets and counter tops. I can't believe the master suite has two massive closets, one in the bedroom, & inside the bathroom. ❤ Cheaper than I thought it would be!

Love when you tour Homes by Vanderbilt. They are most like site built homes. This home is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect size. I would prefer square sinks in bathrooms, Master bath I like River Rock tiles floor in my tile shower with a bench. I would not need two large clothes closets in Master. Lovely home, though. Great square footage without feeling excessively big.

Two masters closets!! That utility room was great and getting to see the washer and dryer was a plus. Don’t really know about sliding doors in the living room. I think they should be off the kitchen/dining room. It seemed to be missing a wow maybe in the kitchen. Think it will make some family a nice home.

Good Evening Chance....2 things vents on ceilings and wooden shelves...This home is absolutely gorgeous.... every room, archway, etc...just beautiful....love the den, a definite covered deck of the dining room....they have motorized screens that you can bring down to make it more cozier and mosquito proof... the pantry amazing... the storage on the 2nd floor would be part of the floor plan for sure ...game room, bathroom and 2 bedroom....❤❤❤ Be Safe Be Blessed

I remembered when you first toured this house. I like this house a lot, I love, love, love all the arches. When I saw the first tour of this house, I remember saying that I would turn that huge pantry into my linen/storage closet & if I needed a pantry I would use the smaller closet in the kitchen. But with all of the cabinetry in the kitchen I think I would be fine. Also with the closets in the primary I would make the closet in the bedroom my office especially since it has a window & more so because the closet in the bathroom is more than big enough. I really do not need the upper level at all....

Nice home, The only thing I can see wrong are the A/C vents in the floor, for that price I would expect them in the ceiling.

That is a nice slider in living room going outside .I would have a nice deck built ,a pool added on and have it covered with ceiling fan to enjoy when it is raining.👍

I would honestly turn that first primary closet into a small home gym! Or maybe office…. Or sewing room. Honestly I wouldn’t need two GIANT closets with my husband and I. That is sooooo awesome!!!

What a spectacular home. That extra big closet in the master bathroom was a surprise for sure. The closet in the bedroom can be for clothes you wear now, and the other season's clothes can be stored in the other closet. At least that's what I would do! Great tour as always!

@@luquitafowler7688 if I had this home, I would take that first closet right off the bedroom with a little sitting bench in it, like you with nursing clothes, I’d have one section for my nursing uniforms, if I was still in nursing I’m retired now due to medical health reason, then I’d have sections for dresses and all that, and have a place to sit at to put my shoes on you name it would have a little area on the wall for my jewelry armor all That i’d give my husband the one that’s in the bathroom. It’s a good size one. He’d have plenty of room in there, men don’t have as many clothes normally they don’t lol

I especially found this Ryan’s Shed Plans to be of great use when it came to building the roof. I was able to do all the cuts and installation by myself, with a little reference to this Ryan’s Shed Plans.

Nice home. Chance I pray you feel better soon. I do have one request though and maybe it's more of a question. In the main bath there was a huge bathtub... did they forget to put the toilet in the main bathroom? I ran the video back 3 times to even look thru the mirror and there was no toilet.😂😂 so in light of that I would make a smaller sink area & place a toilet where the tub is. 😂

SAME!! I’ve watched it 3 times just in the master bathroom and nope! No toilet! I mean I do really like the floor plan a lot and could probably add a closed off toilet “closet” where the tub is since I’m not cleaning a tub AND shower 😂 but I’m glad I’m not the only one who caught that!

If you go watch this house with your wife and your kids you better be ready to buy it after she see’s that closet and your kids see that media room. Great house for someone in the construction industry to take on as a project in their free time to finish the upstairs. You can add so much more to this house and cut down on the cost if you do a lot of the work yourself.

Another beautiful home chance after about halfway through the tour I remembered the home and really for the size of this home that's not a bad price on it what got me to Smiling that when you showed the price it was only $5 shy of being 270 and I hope you get well soon I will definitely keep Cheryl in my prayers along with you and your family and your family look forward to your next tour

I think you could add an attached garage to the side door even if you have to do so by using a hallway connection type of deal from that door to the garage. The garage could allow not only parking, but tool storage and extra storage in an attic like storage option if set up correctly.

I love the fact that there is some separation between the living room and kitchen, and also space for a standup freezer in the laundry room. But there is no cabinets in neither of the bathrooms for towels.JUST SAYING

Been a hot minute.......good to see you continuing on as usual. I like this layout, the kitchen/dining/living area is an almost exactness of my modular I sold in 2008. The bedroom sides and laundry room are flipped, and I like the extra W/I, media room this has. Will be looking at the others to follow there, here on your channel.

I like the layout of this home really well I like it, I would take that media room and remove the door, where it’s at put the door right there into the master bedroom, and have it going into the master bedroom as like a sitting room to watch TV or whatever, very nice pantry love the frosted glass door on it, love the laundry room, the size of all the other rooms, wish the living room was a little bit bigger, but that’s OK, but overall, this is a nice home, I would build a garage and have it come in right there to the laundry room area, but you did really good on this one Chance picking it and everything great layout and all around, only thing I really dislike in this home would be the stove. I do not like those flat top stoves I gotta have my gas range, but that’s me everybody’s different, you have a very good day and God Bless 😊✝️

I love the look of the home but I can assure you, a man designs the laundry room! You can not hang clothes over the washer and dryer without it touching them. Cabinets over the washer and dryer and a different place to hang clothes. The bathrooms need cabinets for towels and other things.

This is a nice place but I'd want some changes. First would be to have a Basement and get the mechanicals in it. Second I would change the Master Bath. I'd have a huge glass wall Wet Room (tub and shower in one tiled room) where that closet is. Move the Toilet Room to where the tub was. That other Master Closet is plenty of room. I'm thinking maybe I'd want to make the two bedrooms into a Guest Suite. Have the stairs take from Bedroom 2, but still access them via the Dining Room. The rest of Bedroom 2 could be used for an ensuite and Closet for the Guest Bedroom. There is more that would be reworked, a couple closets not needed and the water heater gone to the Basement for example. With the upstairs you could easily put a couple bedrooms at least up there if needed. Also with a nice Basement you could go down there too.
